Karen will teach you in a class of 1 - 8 how to improve your Lymphatic management of your arm, torso, or leg in the water.

It is a fun, calm, relaxed, program in the pool.

It is preferred that you know how to swim, or that you are comfortable dunking your head and managing your breath. Karen will work with you on that if you need help. (mention it in the first contact, so proper accomodations in the pool can be arranged).

This course works the Lymphatic system aided by several forces, among them, the water pressure

Karen loves to swim, and will encourage you to swim on your own, too.
