For your security, she may ask to call you when she is holding the machine and in a secure location to speak. In this case, she may ask you to email your contact information and she will return your call usually within an hour. Karen prefers to ask the gift giver little questions to make the massage more special. Just to know how much you care about him or her and why you are giving it to him or her. Karen is more interested in seeing her client in the office than seeing her gift cerficate arrive with the client in the the office on the day of the massage, for those of you giving to someone who might lose this in a drawer or lose it during a move.
